ALPHA or known to have the IMPLEMENTATION LIFESTYLE.
ALPHAs
are everything that most people desire. Alpha’s are the ones being sought in jobs. The Alpha mentality is sought as well in relationships. Their presence alone speaks for them; that’s how showing up is like, that’s the epiphany and total example of what an Alpha is. Also, I think Alpha’s are self-aware they know who they are, they know what they want, they know where to go and they know how to get it. Alpha’s are consistent winners and they don’t take no for an answer. They know how to show up, no excuses/ zero excuses. When we get to a place I say we because I’d like to believe I’m in that family. When we get to a place where we feel uncomfortable we find a way to deal with our discomfort. We will analyze our discomfort and process it. For us, it is important to be calm under pressure and have the self-mastery of staying calm under pressure and these are my personality traits. This is my constant state of being and nothing’s going to stop me. For those who are debating who’s the Alpha and who’s the Beta, the picture is clear. You know the Alpha when you see it and you know the Beta when you see it.
Alpha Male- leader of the pack, confident. This means they prefer to see action or application rather than theory or concept. This implies that ALPHAs are interpersonally active, obey social norms, ambitious, objective-oriented, well organized and have strong leadership potential. The persons that are characterized by this lifestyle take attitude, prefer to get involved and take action. They believe that the social rules are appropriate and must be respected. Include charismatic leaders and initiators of constructive efforts. And as for the negative side, they may be opportunistic, manipulative, hostile, and opposing to those that bend the rules.

On the other hand, they may live in denial of their own self, by lacking a realistic perception about their own person and self-confidence. Beta individuals combine an introverted orientation with norm favoring attitudes. Betas placed at average integration levels are perceived as organized and patient individuals, who are detail oriented and who can deal with routine work. If you tend to be in the average level, then you are a Beta Type At the same time, they exhibit self-doubt and tend to avoid making decisions, preferring a rather secondary role.

They have pity parties. They are self-pity where it’s always someone else’s fault and they are so unmotivated that they need someone to come in and motivate them all the time because their head hurts, their back hurts and you know someone. They are selfish, they defend their excuses too. So, any excuse they can come up with. They come up with many excuses and they will defend that excuse to death. They have destructive mentalities to where they will actually just go all in to prove their point at any cause. They are definitely unable to tolerate any pleasantries that someone can bring to the table or any positivity or you know something challenging. They can’t tolerate that. Sometimes it takes the experience to get there and sometimes you will find things out with time invested.
